EXECUTIVE CHEF/COOKS
QUALIFICATION
Must have sound knowledge of continental dishes and cuisines
Not less than 10years working experience in related course
WAITERS/WAITRESSES/HOUSE KEEPERS
QUALIFICATION
At least 1year experience in related function
Must have the ability to carry out dishes with little or no supervision
Should not be more than 26years of age
