ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your experience will include, but not be limited to:
• Day to Day running of business and personnel, reporting directly to the Managing Partner.
• Designing and implementing business development strategy, through sourcing solutions.
• Determining how to recover existing under-performing briefs, through breadth and depth of skills that ensures business growth with satisfied clients and candidates.
• Attract high caliber clients and candidates through focus on rendering quality service
• Larger leadership role in the management of client relationships
• Drive profitable growth with clients.
• Managing customer relationship and acting as a project manager/ senior consultant responsible for the development and implementation of recruitment briefs.
• Manage Executive Search clients nationally and internationally in agreed territory / region
• Formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions;
• Managing multi-scope large value Human Resources Projects to insure effective delivery of services tailored to reflect the client particular business requirements
• Coaching, mentoring and people development of colleagues and subordinates.
SKILL SET
• A passion for adding value to clients’ business and embracing change
• A proven ability to think conceptually and to deliver practical results.
• Candidates must be willing to travel on business
• 8 -12 years experience with a solid knowledge in all HR systems, with a minimum of 3 years in senior HR management experience
• A good bachelor’s degree and any of the following additional qualifications; an M.Sc, CIMA, CIPD, CIPM, an MBA, PHR, GPHR/SPHR.
• Excellent customer relationship management
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of Microsoft office suite , project and outlook
• Although consultancy experience will be valuable, we are also interested in candidates with relevant experience from industry
• Senior Recruiter experience, and preferably some leadership experience
• Business acumen / some P&L, budgeting and project management experience an advantage
• Excellent Negotiating skills/decisiveness
• Ability to drive subordinates to get results
• Organizational agility/planning/ priority setting
• Entrepreneurial flair with a platform of blue chip Sales or/and Marketing training.
• Excellent interpersonal/Networking skills
• HR transformation delivery
• Knowledge and practical experience of working in or with any of the different business sectors in the country, would be advantageous.
