Town Planners [2]
B.Sc / HND in Urban and Regional Planning with not less than second class upper division or upper credit
Must not be more than 30 years of age
Computer literate, capabilities in AutoCAD is compulsory, while GIS is an advantage
Experience in working with a consulting firm is an advantage
Company Secretary (ICSA)
Membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators
Not above 35 years of age and must have at least 2 years experience.
Accountant
B.Sc or HND in Accounting. Part qualification if ACA/ACCA is an added advantage
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
Maintenance Officer
NABTEB Certificate in Building Construction. Electrical Installation and maintenance experience is necessary
Receptionist
Must be attractive and have excellent communication skills
Not above 25 years of age.
Generally, all candidates must be team players, honest and possess ability and capability to work and achieve corporate goals with minimum supervision.
