GENERAL MANAGER IN A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY

We seek to employ a GENERAL MANAGER with sales expertise to drive the company to the next level. THE POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER
The General Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s positioning, marketing strategy and sales performance. The General Manager will report to the MD/CEO.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The right candidate will be able to give strategic leadership, improve sales deepen existing customer relationship while establishing new relationships.
On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will expected to oversee the execution of the company’s marketing strategy, drive the vision of the company whole motivating team members to achieve set targets within an established framework.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have university degree with minimum of 10 years experience in sales and marketing; of which 5 years would have been in a leadership position in the healthcare industry
He/she must be able to demonstrate strong skills in strategy formulation, execution of marketing plans, leadership and communication.
